The hotel is wonderfully decorated and offers all the facilities you would expect, with lovely rooms that are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The service is excellent, friendly, and very helpful, making you feel welcome and taken care of. The location is outstanding, especially for exploring South Kensington museums, restaurants, and Hyde Park. However, the dining options might be limited, but the Italian food is a good choice. Overall, a great value for the money with top-notch amenities.
